Health conscious Malaysians are turning to frozen yogurt for treats, as can be seen by the mushrooming frozen yogurt places around Klang Valley. Moo Cow, one of the latest homegrown brand in Malaysia, opens an outlet in Sunway Pyramid, and we are glad that there is another choice other than Tutti Frutti and Rotiboy froyos. Moo Cow frozen yogurt are priced as such:
Original flavour + 1 free topping = RM10.90
Exotic flavour (any flavour other than original flavour) + 1 free topping = RM11.90
Additional toppings RM1.00 each.
They generously offer free testing, so you can try all three flavours before deciding. Texture-wise, Moo Cow frozen yogurt is smoother, creamier and more flavourful than other froyos that's we've tasted so far, and they do not need fancy toppings to go with. The slightly tart and sour taste of yogurt was detectable, but not at all unpleasant.
Bonus: The barnyard animals family was "oh-so cute!", especially the life size strawberry cow in front of the counter going "moo~~" every now and then. Moo Cow is generous with their samples, so do test the flavours before deciding.
