Dr.Cafe Coffee @ Citta Mall

This is our first encounter with Dr.Cafe Coffee, one of the latest coffee chain looking to expand in Malaysia. Located in Citta Mall (the other store is in Solaris Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur), the store, along with the whole mall is spanking new. Dr.Cafe Coffee had almost similar offering as the more established coffee place, so for the sake of comparison, we got ourselves a Caramel Macchiato and caramel frappe.

The display were filled with an array of pastries and desserts to go with the coffee. Pricing were on par with other more established coffee places (Starbucks, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Pacific, etc).

Overall it was a pleasant place to hangout for a drink, with ample seating. Since Citta Mall is still rather new, the place was quite empty, but it is foreseeable that business will pick up when there are more mall customers. As for our drinks, we find it a tad sweet to our liking and slightly lack of flavour, perhaps owing to the newness of the place and the baristas needed more practice.
