Ribs @ Oasis is a non halal roast and grill place serving a wide selection of different meat, such as pork, lamb, beef and chicken. They also serve interesting set lunch during lunch hour (pork curry rice, anyone?), but we were there at night, so we settled for a rack of roasted pork ribs instead. Eating pork ribs is a messy affair, but it was well worth the mess. The pork ribs were quite chewy in some parts though, but the fantastic sauce saved the day. We asked for sauce refill and glad that we got it.
For snacks while waiting for the ribs, we ordered this fried pork chunks with a hint of 5 spice powder. Crispy, albeit normal. The meal was awesomely porkalicious.
