It all started with the biscuits. See those cute little round biscuits tucked in between the fried chickens? Those biscuits are savoury buttermilk biscuits, which are salty-ish, milk-ish and quite addictive. We usually get a few of those biscuits and munch them while trawling through the shopping mall, and eventually we succumbed into eating here. And it was good. Really good, in fact, that we switch to having our fried chicken, Cajun style here whenever we are craving for fried chicken. While at that we could also devour prawns and fish fried in batter, Louisiana style.

Deepfried prawn and fish in batter. Crunchy, crispy and good to the last bits. I absolutely love the prawns! It tasted as if they use the same batter for the chicken, fish and prawns though, but I like it so, its good.

The fries deserve an honourable mention as well. Fried with the skin on, the taste and the texture of the fries is slightly different from the usual, and I couldn't stop eating! Aside from fries, their mashed potatoes and coleslaw are added with herbs and spices, which adds another dimension of taste as compared with KFC's mashed potatoes and coleslaw.
