Roast pork belly.
Peanuts and anchovies appetizer.
Claypot pork trotters in black vinegar. The luscious pork, sour vinegar and spicy ginger roots is a combination that dances merrily on the tongue.
We also ordered some dim sum to go with it. The usual stuffs: siew mai, steamed pork ribs and xiao long pao.
Siew mai. Pork dumplings.
Steamed pork ribs.
Xiao long pao. The famous Shanghai delicacy.
Overall I like the dim sums here. Not too oily and taste much more authentic than some of the overcrowded, mass produced dim sum places.
