Our Penang trip is completed by sampling famous Penang hawker food. Pictured above is curry noodles with a spoonful of chili oil.
This has to be my favourites. Loh mee with thick, dark, slurpy gravy and a dollop of pork lard (the white spot in the soup).
Penang hair mee, also with loads of sambal for the kick.
Curry noodles, with pig blood cubes.

Fried oysters, ochien.
Belacan fried chicken.
Baked stingray.
