Grabbed two things off the shelf of Tesco today and decided to put them together: Nature's Baked Tortilla and Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix. I followed the instructions behind the package of Old El Paso, which was something like this:
Dice chicken meat, cucumber, tomatoes and onion. Heat up some oil in the pan and add in the onion. Saute until the onion is soft, add in chicken and cook in high heat. When the chicken is cooked, add in the cucumber and tomatoes and swirl them around for a bit, because these two stuffs could be eaten raw, so no sweat.
In the meantime, toast the tortillas in an oven or in a pan over the stove.
Mix the seasoning mix with some water (not too much!) and stir into the chicken and veggies, let them simmer for awhile and turn off the fire.

All left now is to wrap the stuffs up, and add some cheese. You can't go wrong with cheese! Roll them up nice and tuck in. The taco seasoning mix was typical, and I should really get tacos instead of tortilla.
