This is a local delicacy by Bidor Pun Chun Restaurant. It is made of egg, flour and molasses. Partly sticky, partly crunchy and positively sweet, this shat kek ma is a good snack.
A packet contains four shat kek ma squares. Be careful, it is easy to lost control and consume the whole pack.
Remember to finish it up as soon as you open up a packet because they taste best while fresh.
